Delivery

We despatch your order within 1 business day for stock items. The order will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service. Therefore from ordering to recieving your purchases this should be no more than 3 business working days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

You must inform us within three working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Delivery is charged based upon weight of package, this will be calculated within the shopping cart and is shown prior to making the purchase. Delivery in the UK will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service dependant upon which service is chosen at the checkout.

We dispatch your order the next working day unless we inform you otherwise by email.

Parcel tracking numbers are provided on the dispatch confirmation emails, this will allow you to track and trace your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

Special Delivery is not a guaranteed service and the following exclusions apply:

- We were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item
- The delivery address is in an area of the UK where we do not guarantee next day delivery
- We do not guarantee the delivery time for items to an address for which a person has paid for our redirection services. The item will be forwarded to the new address using Special Delivery but the money back guarantee does not apply

Any goods not recived after 28 days from date of shipping will be considered lost and refunded as per our conditions.
